Space renderings

We visualize your space before installation begins, so there are no surprises on day one.

Our renderings show your chosen material in your actual room, with your lighting and dimensions, giving you confidence before a single board is ordered.

Design & material consulting

Species, finish, laying pattern, grout colour, we help you make the right call before anything is ordered.

Getting this right upfront prevents costly changes mid-install and ensures the finished floor works with your existing trim, cabinetry, and wall colours.

Material procurement

We source through trade accounts, giving you access to commercial-grade product at pricing not available at retail.

We handle ordering, logistics, and job-site delivery, so you're not coordinating with suppliers or chasing lead times yourself.

Flooring installation

Hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet, and tile, installed to manufacturer spec.

We select the correct substrate preparation, adhesive, and fastening method for each application, which is what determines how the floor performs over time.

Hardwood refinishing

Sand-down, stain, and recoat of existing hardwood without a full tearout.

We work with oil-based, waterborne, and hard-wax oil finishes, and can match the stain to an adjacent room or shift the tone entirely if you're updating the look.

Subfloor repair & prep

Deflection, squeaks, and out-of-plane substrate corrected before any flooring goes down.

Most install failures trace back to subfloor issues that were skipped over. We hold to flatness tolerances of 3/16" over 10 feet, the industry standard for a lasting result.

Dust containment

Negative air pressure systems and dustless sanding equipment, essential in occupied homes.

This keeps fine particulate out of your HVAC system and living areas during refinishing work, which matters especially in homes with young children or allergy sensitivities.

Your questions, answered

  • Most residential installs take 2 to 5 days depending on square footage and material. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your quote. If there's subfloor work involved, we factor that in upfront so there are no surprises mid-job.

  • Furniture removal is the client's responsibility before installation day. If you'd prefer we handle it, we offer furniture moving as an add-on service for an additional charge.

  • Solid hardwood isn't recommended for below-grade installations due to moisture movement. Engineered hardwood can work in some basements depending on slab conditions and humidity levels, but LVP is typically the better call for performance and longevity.

  • Yes. We're happy to install materials you've already purchased. We also supply through our trade accounts, often at better pricing than retail. If you're sourcing your own material, we'll let you know the spec requirements (thickness, wear layer, locking profile) to make sure it's compatible with your subfloor and installation method.
